The most helpful test for us to do might be a hallway test, because it is most realistic and similar to random users that would come across our campaign sites on the internet.
1. User will view site for about 1 minute and will respond with what they believe the site’s campaign is about.
2. User will then explore the site further, and will respond with how they think users should interact with the site.
3. User will navigate the site for an additional 5-10 minutes and will give additional feedback on the site’s navigability, user-friendliness, design, and overall effectiveness.
